The ZA-TS 01 AutoSpread is a self-adjusting two-disc centrifugal spreader. AutoSpread first measures the actual spread pattern—including the direction and range of the spread—and then automatically adjusts the spreader. Actual data is linked to the AMAZONE spreading hall (SAC) via the AmaConnect unit. A digital twin uses AI to continuously check the cross-distribution against the spreading patterns from the spreading hall, even offline, and automatically adjusts the feed point and speed. Even worn spreader blades are detected. In the event of deviations, the system requests the use of EasyCheck, which was previously used to determine the lateral distribution in the field. The new software also simplifies boundary spreading: only the boundary distance needs to be entered and the ZA-TS 01 calculates and changes the settings. The system also documents the actual working width; BorderTS is fully integrated. CurveControl (ZA-TS 01 Ultra) compensates for cornering by using sensors to detect acceleration and swiveling and adjusting the application point and quantity slider on each side – supported by HeadlandControl, Section Control, and WindControl. According to Amazone, its practical suitability has already been proven on over 100,000 ha.
