Case IH Optum

Case IH introduces genuine innovations in the engine and drive system of the three new Optum models 360, 390, and 440: a new 6-cylinder engine from FPT (Cursor 9, 8.7 l) with more power, the new continuously variable 4x2 CVXDrive, and—for the first time in an Optum—60 km/h. Case IH also offers up to 360 l/min of hydraulic power from two pumps, an integrated tire pressure control system, front axle with independent suspension and oil-cooled internal brakes. The engine hood (more grille area) and entry with stair-like steps have been redesigned; the multicontroller remains. Telemetry runs via FieldOps without a subscription, and the oil change interval remains at 750 hours. The top-of-the-range model is to be manufactured in St. Valentin; further technical details will follow at Agritechnica.
