The BiG X 860 is another forage harvester in the Krone range. This 843 hp machine complements the large BiG X series. While previous models in this performance class were equipped with V8 and V12 engines, the manufacturer has opted for a newly developed 6-cylinder Liebherr in-line engine for the BiG X 860. Otherwise, this forage harvester is also equipped with numerous features from Krone that ensure maximum comfort and optimum performance. The Emsland-based company is also presenting the XCollect 750-2 corn header with integrated RotoChop mulching system. The 2-fold corn header has a working width of 7.5 m, i.e. 10 rows. When in use, the mulcher unit shreds the corn stubble to below the first node.
