The new HIGHLANDER tine cultivator from Kuhn is available in widths of 6 and 7.5 m and is designed for tractors between 180 and 400 hp. Four rows of tines with variable tips – including carbide or forged variants – enable working depths of 3 to 20 cm. A mechanical non-stop stone protection system with a 350 kg release force provides protection in the event of obstacles. Cutting discs cut through plant residues in front of the tines, followed by optional leveling bars or leveling discs. Road transport is possible with a width of 3 m and a height of less than 4 m, supported by a spring-loaded drawbar and pneumatic brakes. Use without a roller is also possible.
