New Holland CR
The overall concept of the new CR double axial rotor combine harvester from New Holland was designed for maximum power density while adhering to all restrictions. The core of the new CR combine harvester is the drive technology with the engine installed lengthways according to the inclination of the rotors. Rotors and harvesting headers with a feed chain are driven in a straight line or via a cardan shaft via the central, centrally arranged, power-split transmission.
A software-controlled automatic system eliminates blockages. It not only carries out the usual back and forth movements to loosen the blockage, but also pivots the belt tensioner to the tensioning side of the belt of the feed drum, which leads to a particularly precise transmission of the rotational movement. The patented cleaning has also been widened by 13%.
