The finalists

The core element of the Fendt Slicer mower combination is the automatic conditioner setting. This is designed to achieve a constant dry matter content across a field and a cut. The biomass growth is used as a data basis, which is recorded in advance via satellite data and used to create an application map, or live during the pass sensors scan the yield of the area. The data is made available via ISOBUS to the job computer of the mower, which automatically controls the electric motor of the counter comb on the conditioner depending on the vegetation, thus ensuring homogeneous quality. Fendt is presenting the technology in cooperation with ConGra Victor Klüber and Fritzmeier Umwelttechnik.
